Travel Must-haves: Travelus Passport Holder

Disclaimer: This is not a sponsored post nor an advertorial.

Have you ever scrambled for your airline ticket at the bottom of your backpack while checking-in at the airport? Did you ever had to spread open your suitcase at the hotel lobby to look for your booking ticket and passport?

When traveling to different countries ditch your signature leather wallets and opt for a handy travel wallet that can carry all your valuable documents in one place. This Travelus passport holder is God's gift for travelers. It is great for backpackers who constantly lose documents on the road and even better for mommies who brings the whole platoon when travelling.

Before my almost one month backpacking in Southeast Asia I only bought two new things that helped me tremendously during my journey. The first one is of course a sturdy, roomy and perfect fit TNF backpack and the second one is this nifty travel wallet that I scored on a discount voucher from a legit group buying site.

I know it looks 'meh' on first glance. It certainly looks like a cd organizer isn't it? And oh the notebook and the iphone are not included with the purchase (just to be clear). I only placed it there so you can gauge the actual size of it in proportion with the travel notebook and the iphone.

This is where the amazeballs happen. Correct if I'm wrong but I am pretty sure that all of your necessary travel documents can be inserted in the multiple slots of this wallet. Like any normal traveler this is probably  the only essential papers and plastics I need to kick-start my trip.

  1. Plane ticket and hotel reservation
  2. Attraction pass and entrance tickets
  3. Business cards
  4. Driver's license or any ID card
  5. Cash
  6. Tour pamphlets and maps
  7. Passport
  8. ATM and credit cards
  9. Pen

Another great thing about this thing is how you can sneak in a small notebook inside and a phone or Ipod at the front pocket. Think of how easy it will be arriving at the airport and hotels with this little helper. This is practically my only hand carry at the airport.

Being in a foreign country immediately takes away the sense of being in full control of everything. Despite of how meticulous and careful we are shitty things are bound to happen like delayed flights, getting lost, being scammed and God forbid food poisoning. So step-up on things you can control. A good organized travel wallet won't hurt anybody.  And when you do get one, guard it with your life. That's the more important and harder part.

    1. Thanks! You should definitely go travel. I used to only dream about solo traveling. I always plan but never really had the guts to do it. Finally last December also as a gift to myself, I bought a one way ticket to Indonesia. After that there's no turning back. I am now hooked with traveling. Hope you do too!

  4. It doesn't seem to come with a strap. If you cannot wear it around your neck, you can lose it, misplace it or it can be easily stolen.

    1. It doesn't. But I don't use it as a bag. It is meant to be an organizer for important travel documents. I still put it inside my carry on luggage, backpack or at the hotel vault for security.
