Walking tour of Chinatown, Singapore


Getting there: You can go to Chinatown via the MRT boarding the North East Line from Harbour Front To Punggol. Alight at the Chinatown Station then head to Exit A to Pagoda street.





A. Mosque Street- This is where the budget hostels and dorm style accomodations are located.
B. Jamae Mosque- Muslim Mosque
C. Pagoda Street- Souvenir shopping area
D. Sri Mariamman Temple- A Hindu temple with a great architectural design. 
E. Maxwell Road Food Centre- Indoor hawker center that serves the legendary Tian Tian Chicken Rice
F. Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum- A Buddhist complex that houses the Sacred Buddha Tooth Relic
G. Smith Street- Also known as the Chinatown Food Street with the outdoor hawker hotspot.
